Crown Consumables will only accept returns of damaged stock. A replacement of damaged stock will be issued for the customer. Acceptable returns as stated above must be registered with our returns department via email communication to returns@crownconsumables.com.au. All requests of returns must be made within 14 days of purchasing stock. Damaged stock must be returned in original packaging. Crown Consumables will organise the collection of damaged goods and replace with the same or equivalent product.

Refunds will be offered in instances if Crown Consumables is informed and inspects products that have a major fault or serious defects, purchased from Crown Consumables. Major faults and defects are considered as issues that cause the product to be unusable in all circumstances and does not relate to damages to any or all packaging. Crown Consumables must be notified of these major faults and defects to returns@crownconsumables.com.au and will organise to collect and inspect. A replacement will be offered before a refund is given.
